We want e-com.casa to be usable by everyone. This statement describes our accessibility approach, the measures we have taken, known limitations and how to send us feedback.
Our commitment
E-commerce services are covered by the framework of the European Accessibility Act from 28 June 2025, subject to scope and exemptions. We build the Website against a WCAG-oriented baseline and treat accessibility as an ongoing requirement of the shop — not a one-off project. We do not claim WCAG or EAA certification unless independently verified.
Measures we have taken
- Semantic HTML and a logical heading structure on every page.
- Keyboard navigability and visible focus states.
- A skip link to the main content and labelled landmarks.
- Descriptive alt text for meaningful images.
- Accessible forms with associated labels and error feedback.
- Sufficient colour contrast in the default theme.
- Support for reduced-motion preferences in animations.
Known limitations
We have not yet completed an independent accessibility audit. Some third-party interface components may not yet be fully optimised, and alternative text or focus behaviour may occasionally need refinement. Known limitations are reviewed as part of ongoing development.
